Nancy Brown

Executive Advisor

With over 20 years of experience that spans sales, marketing, supply chain and corporate finance, Nancy Brown has a proven track record of delivering business results and developing world-class organizations. Nancy is able to lead companies in strategic planning, financial modeling, new company start up, and organizational development.

Throughout her years as a leader at P&G and most recently as the Regional CFO for Duracell Batteries in North America, Nancy developed critical skills related to transitioning processes and people. In her role at Duracell, she helped turn the business around from one with quickly declining profits to one with sustainable profit growth. From this experience, she is able to assist clients in determining business-critical processes and shift processes to align to a new design.

Nancy earned her BS in Business from Miami University, Oxford, with majors in Finance and Decision Sciences. She is also a Certified Internal Auditor (inactive status).

Isabelle Konstantinov

Executive Advisor

Isabelle Konstantinov is an agile, business savvy leader supporting SynFiny clients with Supply Chain Strategy and Operations services focusing on creating value. As a transformation agent, she leverages systems and organizational effectiveness to support companies in delivering turnarounds. With an eye on delivering operational and financial results, Isabelle works with clients to create a competitive advantage.

Isabelle spent the majority of her career with Procter & Gamble in US and Global Product Supply Leadership. She directed national and international product divisions in Markets and Operations strategies, cost innovation, improvement initiatives, and groundbreaking programs. More recently, Isabelle consulted seed start-ups, finding opportunities for faster growth. Isabelle’s diverse experience with both global, billion-dollar brands and start-ups allows her to quickly diagnose gaps and implement optimized Supply Networks improvements.

Isabelle is Black and Green Belt certified in Lean Six-Sigma. She received her business education from McGill University and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Montreal.

Matt Batchler

Matt Batchler is an experienced entrepreneur and leader in the digital and IT services industry. He assists companies in leveraging technology to differentiate themselves. His passion for simplicity drives him to help customers transform their organizations through streamlined, intuitive products and solutions that allow for rapid adoption.

Matt has an extensive background in enterprise application architecture, technology management, product development, and building high performing cultures. He spent nearly 12 years as the Executive Director and Partner of ERP Suites, a Cincinnati-based provider of IT solutions and ERP services. His experience spans over two decades and includes a range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. Matt’s teams won numerous national awards for product innovation and product distinction.

Mark received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Information Systems and Entrepreneurship, from the University of Cincinnati.
