Leda is a Senior Professional with more than 37 years of international expertise with top 5 Fortune 100 companies. Leda’s areas of expertise include shared services, human resources employee relations, benefits, recruiting, people development, ethics, training and awareness, business processes, outsourcing, start-ups, as well as divestitures and acquisitions.

Leda has worked with Asia, Europe, Latin America, the United States and Canada. Her expertise includes leading and mentoring professionals, Diversity and Inclusion teams, multi-cultural teams, emotional intelligence trainer, plus coaching and developing young professionals in different countries.

Leda has 22+ years of experience working with Procter & Gamble and 7+ years with Walmart International in Human Resources and Ethics roles with responsibility over 26 countries.

Leda received her International Trade Degree from University of Costa Rica and her Finance Diploma from National Autonomous University of Mexico.
