Our Story
Like all great business plans, SynFiny got started on the back of a cocktail napkin. Literally. On a balcony in Panama.
After successful careers transforming financial management processes inside corporate America, our founders sat back and asked what would be their Act II. They felt there could be real value bringing their experience to bear in helping companies, large and small, who aspire to world class performance and organization capability.
It started with the idea of helping companies transform their financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities. It has since grown to encompass many of the essential functions of leading and managing an enterprise. As we’ve grown, we’ve accumulated a wider and deeper talent pool. This wider talent pool has allowed us to grow our impact across the breadth of our clients’ businesses. Better results. Better direction. Better organization.
Our Name
