Webster has more than 30 years of multi-country, multi-industry international business and executive leadership experience across FMCG, Medical, Shipping and Logistics and Consulting Industries. His expertise areas are in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Shared Services, and Consulting Services. 

Webster started his career in 1989 with Procter & Gamble and spent more than 10 years in China in Manufacturing, and JV Operations Management, and later on to Supply Chain Management for China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.  He also had a 2-year stint in P&G Canada. After P&G, Webster spent 10 years in Maersk leading their China Global Shared Service Centres,  and later on added the company’s Global Shared Service Centres in the Philippines and India. 

Thereafter, Webster joined KPMG China in a Senior Partner position and spent 6 years helping companies establish their Shared Services Operations.  He also led engagements helping both MNC’s, SME’s, Private Firms Industrial Parks and China Government Agencies in building their capabilities in Corporation Management, Leadership Improvement, Industry Planning and Investment Promotions.

Webster is an active and energetic member of various industry initiatives including the ASPAC Excellence Function Committee.  He has chaired the China Annual SSON Summit in 2011, 2012 and 2013.   He has led Leadership Enhancement for Novo Nordisk and Strategy Planning for NASSCOM as well as the Global Outsourcing Summit for MOFCOM (Ministry of Commerce of China) in 2014 and 2015.   He also established the nation-wide Outsourcing Credit System for MOFCOM in 2017.
